We offer specialist employment support, job coaching, work experience and support to help you find and keep voluntary or paid work.

Our friendly and confidential service offers help to people with learning disabilities and people with Autism.

We have a skilled team who will work with you to find the right job and identify the right support for you. Whether you need information, advice or guidance, help to improve your CV or need more support to get into the role you want, we can tailor our support to you.

    Fashionable, well-priced men’s, ladies’, and children’s clothing

    Our specialist recycled clothing store provides work experience and paid work for people with a range of disabilities, supporting individuals to develop skills for employment.

    To top it all off, we supply interview clothing free of charge to those using our Supported Employment Services.

    We invite everyone to come along and have a look at our range.

    Supported Employment is a flexible and continuous process, designed to help individuals to obtain or maintain employment. Our training shop offers individuals a supportive space to learn a range of skills required to enter the job market. The team work alongside individuals in the shop helping to build:

    • Confidence
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Retail skills
    • Team working skills
    • Customer service
    • Communication skills
    • Time management
    • Cultural awareness
    • Stock Control
    • IT skills

    Our team help individuals to progress towards their employment goals, supporting individuals working in our training shop to continue to look for long term paid employment.
