This consultation is your opportunity to provide feedback on the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s draft budget for 2026/27.  

The summary of responses from this consultation will be published in February 2026 on the RBWM Together website. The findings of this consultation will help councillors make informed decisions when the final budget is debated at a Council meeting on 3 March 2026, and the outcome will be published on the council’s website following this meeting. 

This consultation asks in general for your feedback on the draft budget. Depending on which proposals are accepted in the final budget, later consultations might be available for you to give more specific feedback on any changes to particular services. This would be in line with statutory requirements and what residents and services users would expect before any final decision-making relating to changes to services.   

This consultation is open from Wednesday 17 December 2025 until 11.59pm on Sunday 1 February 2026. If you need any assistance with accessing the online survey or a paper copy of this consultation, please visit one of the borough’s libraries. 

If you can’t submit the responses online, paper copies of the survey can be returned to: Budget Consultation, FAO Strategy, Policy and Performance team, Town Hall, St Ives Rd, Maidenhead, SL6 1RF.
