Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is interested in learning about residents' experiences with Assistive Technology as part of a larger collaborative project with Slough Borough Council and Bracknell Forest Council exploring support for unpaid carers. Your answers will help us to understand whether carers and their loved ones are already aware of the benefits of Assistive Technology, how it is currently used, and whether there are any gaps in the kinds of Assistive Technology we currently offer. This will help us find solutions to meet the issues you may be facing in your caring role.

This survey will close at midnight on 9th June 2025.
