Carers UK Platform

Residents of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead are able to access extra resources that can help support them. Simply visit the Carers UK website and create an account using the code RBWM-SLOUGH. This will allow you access to information and factsheets, an online carers forum and e-learning materials on a range of topics such as:

  • “coping with stress”
  • “working and caring”
  • “having the care conversation”.

These short video courses offer key insights into caring and can be explored at your own pace.

To create your account, visit: login – Carers Digital or scan the QR code.

Jointly App

Users can also download the Jointly app for free by using the code RBWM-SLOUGH. Jointly is an organisation and communication app that has been specially designed by carers to help them with their role. Users can keep track of appointments and medications, store notes and images to keep on top of tasks and communicate with people who are involved in a person’s care. You can use Jointly on your mobile phone, iPad/tablet and on a web browser.

You can also find out more about the local offer in the Royal Borough by clicking on the “council resources” page.

This platform is a joint project with Slough and is funded by the Department of Health and Social Care's Accelerating Reform Fund.
