The Changing Voices Youth Clinics provide an opportunity for representatives from various young people’s youth voice and participation groups to meet with senior managers in children's services and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) council. This ensures that the young people's voices are heard and that senior managers hear directly from young people about any issues, concerns or changes they would like to see being made to the services that are provided to them.

The group is also available to outside businesses, partners and organisations in RBWM for consultations when the voice of young people is needed.

Representatives come from Kickback (Children in Care Council), the Care Leavers Hub, Esteem Groups, Girls' Forum, RBWM Youth Council and the Inclusion Ambassadors group. The Changing Voices Youth Clinics are also open to other young people in the borough who want to have their voice heard.

A ‘You said, we will do/we have done’ is completed after every meeting. Close attention is given to ensuring that these sessions are meaningful, and that children and young people can actively shape service design and delivery.

We are always looking for new people to join.

If you are interested in being a representative of the Youth Clinic, you are encouraged to complete the application form.
