How can I contact the Community Wardens?

    You can contact the Warden team by emailing wardens@rbwm.gov.uk or by calling 01628 685636  from Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm.

    What can the Community Wardens help me with?

    The Community Wardens deal with a variety of things such as reports of anti social behaviour, crime prevention advice, patrolling parks and hot spot areas and carrying out talks giving advice about frauds and scams.

    Do Community Wardens enforce parking?

    No, parking restrictions such as permit only parking and double yellow lines are enforced by the RBWM parking team who can be contacted on parking@RBWM.gov.uk 

    If a car is parked in a way that is obstructing your access in or out of your property, then this is a matter for the police and you could report this by calling the non emergency police number 101.

    How do I report noise from neighbours?

    Noise nuisance is dealt with by the Environmental Protection team and can be reported using the following report form:

    I have witnessed a crime, what do I do?

    If you are reporting a crime that is in progress or if someone is in immediate danger then you must call 999.

    Report crimes online or by calling 101 if they are not an emergency.

    You can also call 101 to give information to the police or make an enquiry.
