Corporate Plan Engagement

The Royal Borough is holding early conversations to help shape a new strategy that will set out refreshed priorities for the council and the place it serves – and the council wants to hear from the community to inform this vision.

As work begins to refresh corporate priorities, councillors and officers want to inspire informed conversations within the community to maximise opportunities for people to share their thoughts. Alongside hearing people’s priorities, this is also a chance to share suggestions on how the council can change the way it delivers services, work better with partners and maximise income, to achieve sustainable finances.

To take the conversation into the wider community, the council launched an information pack to enable anyone to run their own engagement discussions with their community or group. The information pack and other resources can be found on the RBWM website.
