The Information, Advice and Guidance service in RBWM is managed through the council and designed to deliver free, impartial and confidential advice on topics including benefits, debt and employment. This short survey aims to understand what people need when accessing information, advice and guidance, how they prefer to receive it, and what good support looks like from your perspective. We are particularly interested in your views on accessibility, quality, and the types of information and support that would make the biggest difference.
Your feedback will inform the development of a new service specification as we prepare to re-procure this provision.
The survey will be open for 6 weeks and will close on 1 July 2026.
If you need help to access or complete this online survey you can ask for help at any of the borough's libraries.
