As part of our commitment to promoting the uptake of electric vehicles in the borough, supporting our Net Zero strategy, and responding to requests from residents, we are consulting on a proposal to introduce two dedicated Electric Vehicle (EV) recharging-only parking bays on College Road, Maidenhead.
These dedicated bays would improve access to EV charging facilities, which are often obstructed by Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles.
With only a small number of bays proposed for EVs, there will still be sufficient parking available for other vehicles in the area.
To share your views on the creation of these parking bays, please complete the survey below by 25 January 2026.
