As we start to understand how we will live and work with COVID19 in our lives it is an opportune time to review and reflect how we have worked during the pandemic and how we want to work in the future. We have all been working differently and can start to put some of our experience to co-producing a new way of work for ourselves, our service and our customers.
Every service will be different and this site will give us an opportunity to tell our stories, to discuss and review ideas. We ask that you also take part in the survey that will help build a new way of working using new technologies and experiences we have all had during the last 12 months, putting both staff and our customers at the heart of our organisation.
