AfC offer support within their own services and have excellent links to community resources. Please click on the button to view all aspects of their SEND Offer and to access videos, posters, leaflets and other marketing materials. They also include a comprehensive 'How to use' section.
Family Hubs
Raising a family can be rewarding and enjoyable but we know there are times when extra support is needed. In May 2021, the new Family Hub Service replaced the previously known Youth Service, Children's Centres and Family Resilience Teams with the aim of providing a whole family approach to supporting our children, young people and families. The service is made up of two area hubs (Maidenhead and Windsor Areas) with staff also located outside of the area hubs and working across the borough.
Within the Family Hub Service there are: family coaches, Family Hub workers, youth workers, parenting workers, substance misuse workers and a youth engagement officer.
