Kick off meeting - Success!

The first meeting to kick off the SUP Action Plan happened at 9am on the 25th of November, 2021. The meeting was attended by members of the Plastic Free Communities (Plastic Free Windsor and Plastic Free Maidenhead), and several council Officers.

The purpose of the meeting was to get things moving, clear up any confusion and get people motivated to begin action and take next steps. There was a strong sense of enthusiasm in the virtual room, with lots of ideas and collaboration happening both in the meeting and in the chat.

The group will now meet to begin planning their next steps to achieve those actions, and also pull together a plan on how to bring the wider community on board.
