Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks

  • Cadent also has a Priority Services Register to help those who have extra communication, access or safety needs.
  • If you are registered for priority services, Cadent will provide you with alternative heating and cooking facilities should your gas be interrupted as part of our works.

Thames Water

  • Thames Water has a number of different financial support schemes and debt support available for customers, which can be found here.
  • Thames Valley WaterSure helps reduce water bills for customers who are on a water meter and have high essential water use, by capping the amount they pay each year. To find out more, click here.

South East Water


  • South East Water offers financial support schemes, including discounted bills through its Social Tariff and bill caps through WaterSure for eligible low-income households.
  • Customers struggling with arrears may be able to access debt support, payment plans, grants through the Helping Hand Scheme, or payments made directly from benefits through Water Direct.
