What is being proposed?
Following requests to extend the existing 20mph zone from the B376 High Street and Windsor Road to also include The Green and Grange Close, the borough has decided to implement the scheme in spring 2023 as part of our commitment to improve road safety and promote walking and cycling.
Consultation results (December 2022)
Results collated for the consultation to extend the existing 20mph zone from the B376 High Street and Windsor Road to also include The Green and Grange Close received a total of 11 responses. A summary of the results is shown in the chart below. Out of the 11 responses 10 respondents agreed to the 20mph and 1 person disagreed. A summary of the results is shown in the chart below.
