A small number of partners and community leaders from Windsor were invited to join Council Officers in the first in a series of Windsor Vision scoping workshops.

Facilitated by the Princes Foundation, the workshop allowed Council Officers and partners a opportunity to come together, share their knowledge of Windsor and present their aspirations for Windsor in the future.

The workshop included statements from partners, a series of technical briefings from Council Officers, smaller round table discussions based upon four key themes, and a site walk around Windsor to discuss what makes Windsor a distinctive ‘place’, and any constraints and opportunities.

The next workshops will take place in the autumn and focuses on hearing from further partners, local leaders and the wider Windsor community. The workshops will invite people to speak about the special character of Windsor and where they feel priorities should be placed. Further details of the autumn workshops will be shared in due course.
