Make a difference. Build connections. Strengthen your community.

Why Volunteer?

"Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.”
Elizabeth Andrew

RBWM is committed to supporting local people to get involved with what matters most to them in their local communities.

Volunteering is a great opportunity to develop new skills or build on existing experience and knowledge. It also offers the chance to give something back to the community or make a difference to the people around you.

🌱 Build skills & confidence

Develop new talents or strengthen the experience you already have. Volunteering can support personal development, enhance your CV, and open the door to new opportunities.

🤝 Give back to your community

Make a difference to the people and places around you. Whether it’s supporting neighbours, protecting local green spaces, or helping local organisations, your contribution truly matters.

💬 Connect with others

Meet new people, join local groups, and become part of a network of residents and organisations committed to positive change.

Corporate Volunteering
