Housing Solutions Panels - Housing Solutions
These opportunities are currently only open to Residents of Housing Solutions.
Resident engagement is vitally important to Housing Solutions, as it is how we listen to the views and opinions of our residents to help us improve our services.
We are continually looking at ways we can better support and provide services to our residents and the best way to do this is to listen to you. We have a range of opportunities for you to get involved in and will be launching more ways for you to engage throughout the year. We’ll offer you training and support along the way, and always be around if you have questions or concerns.
SIT (Scrutiny and Improvement) Panel
The SIT Panel is at the heart of Housing Solutions’ Customer Involvement Strategy and ensures we have the resident voice at the centre of everything we do.
Its main purposes are:
To scrutinise organisational performance and hold the organisation to account;
To review services to ensure they are cost effective and to improve them for all customers;
To review new and existing policies.
We currently have 2 spaces available on our SIT Panel and we are looking for:
A general needs tenant living outside RBWM
A general needs tenant aged 18-30
The Panel meets virtually every 2 months (currently by Zoom), and training and support will be provided.
E-Engagement Panel
Our E-Engagement Panel is all about you giving us feedback and improving our services from the comfort of your own home!
We will send out information on the things that interest you via email and you simply let us know what you think. We will then use this feedback to shape and improve our policies and services. If you receive an email but don’t have time to look at it that’s not a problem, you can still take part next time or can unsubscribe at any time.
E-Panel sign up form can be found here: www.bit.ly/HSEPanel
