People to Places
People to Places are a locally-based charity, with a fleet of minibuses especially adapted to assist people with mobility equipment or additional mobility needs.
The council supports the charity financially, this means that People to Places are able to offer friendly and accessible services to borough residents.
This provides an essential service to residents who are unable to use public transport due to disability, illness, vulnerability or social isolation.
People to Places are able to take residents to a destination of their choice, whether it’s a hospital appointment or a shopping trip. Their services include Shopmobility, trips out and Dial-a-Ride services.
To utilise these services, you need to become a member of People to Places. Call or email their team or visit their website to find out more.
