Good News for Good Causes!
We are delighted to be running our very own community lottery.
The Windsor & Maidenhead Community Lottery has been set up to champion our amazing community groups and charities that support residents across the borough. With funding opportunities reducing across the country, our community lottery is a great way for all of us to band together and help these brilliant organisations that so many of us use or know those who do. Community lotteries are fast becoming a popular method of fundraising for many local authorities and large charities (our neighbours Bracknell Forest and West Berkshire have started theirs too). It's very simple to play and to sign up as a good cause - everything is taken care of through our dedicated website. Any not-for-profit organisation that operates in the borough can sign up as a good cause and 60p from every £1 tickets goes straight back into our shared community.
Good Causes
Signing up is very simple and completely free!
Once your application is approved, you will have access to complimentary marketing materials that can help you spread to word to your supporters and followers as well as online and telephone support and an easy to use dashboard that lets you track your progress. We currently have 70 good causes signed up and are on track to raise over £33,000 this year!
How it Works
Draws take place every Saturday evening.
Players pick one of our good causes to benefit from their ticket purchase with a one-off payment or direct debit. You choose 6 numbers for each ticket and the more numbers you match, the bigger the prize will be! We have cash prizes on offer each week with a top prize of £25,000 PLUS monthly bolt on prizes (see our website for full details).
The Windsor & Maidenhead Community Lottery is all online and our good causes and players can find everything they need on our website. Any questions or queries can be answered by our dedicated support team who you can contact via email or call anytime Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm.
You can join the lottery as a player or good cause at anytime - have a look at our website to see all the causes you can support right now!
The Windsor & Maidenhead Community Lottery is facilitated by Gatherwell and is regulated by the Gambling Commission and is a registered member of The Lotteries Council. All players must be 18 years + to play.
