Hurley World Café – Outcomes

Social Isolation

Continued World Cafes around Cost of Living – additional World Cafes have been planned around the cost-of-living crisis enabling residents to find support in an inclusive and open environment · Food Vouchers – at each World Café residents have been given £5 voucher for a local café or shop. This also reduces the stigma around seeking cost-of-living support as every resident who attends the event is provided with a voucher without having to ask

NHS

PCN Representation – further efforts have been made to ensure a member of the PCN is present at each World Café event to take onboard the feedback about NHS services

Local Authority Services

Community Champion Recruitment – through the Community Champion monthly emails, residents are signposted to projects from different departments and are kept up to date with work going on at the council and with our partners. This means residents are informed on who they need to contact if they have any specific issues.
