The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead's new draft Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy is a ten-year road map setting out how we plan to improve our residents’ health and wellbeing plus those communities needing extra support.
Your feedback will be carefully considered to help shape the draft strategy before it goes before our Health and Wellbeing Board in January for final approval, which is why we are keen to hear your thoughts at this stage of its development.
On the right of this page, you will see the draft strategy with key data and information about the different health and wellbeing needs of the borough’s residents and communities. This evidence is driving our approach and our proposed actions. You can either read the draft strategy here on this site, or download, to help inform your feedback.
The consultation has eight questions about the draft strategy, followed by six more about you. Providing this information will not identify you. These simple demographic questions help us to understand if the feedback is representative of our whole community. They will also help us see if there are differences in views or experiences based on, for example, age or gender.
This consultation is due to end at midnight on Sunday 7 December 2025. If you need help completing this online survey, or to print a paper copy of the strategy, please visit one of our libraries where staff will happily assist you.
Following the meeting of the Health and Wellbeing Board in January 2026, we will publish the results of this consultation via the Royal Borough’s communications channels, and as the strategy moves from planning to action.
