Species Recovery Longlist

Our Local Environmental Records Centre, TVERC, have created the first draft of a list of species to be considered of importance for Berkshire. A mixture of plants and animals, there are nearly 500 species of importance in the UK. With the help of our Species Recovery Working Group, applying our local knowledge and conservation principles, this will be turned into a shortlist - a key element of our Berkshire Local Nature Recovery Strategy.
