TVERC commissioned to create base map of Berkshire

As stipulated by DEFRA guidance, this includes LWS and areas of irreplaceable habitat. This will be used during the consultation period in Winter 24. The final version of this map will be posted onto this website.

Species Recovery Longlist

Our Local Environmental Records Centre, TVERC, have created the first draft of a list of species to be considered of importance for Berkshire. A mixture of plants and animals, there are nearly 500 species of importance in the UK.
