By creating the ‘Windsor Cycle Hub’ as a CIC we will be able to provide the community with a range of goods and services which overcome some of the barriers which prevent people cycling such as safety, price, knowledge and skills, confidence, and bike maintenance. It will therefore encourage more people to cycle regularly which will have a positive impact on our community’s health and well-being
