Awarded to the individual who best champions the virtues of diversity either within the RBWM and partner workforce or within the community.

Awarded to the team or individual that demonstrates a collaborative approach with partners to achieve better outcomes for the residents and businesses of the borough.

Awarded to the team that has continuously provided outstanding service to our residents, businesses, partners or internal customers by living and breathing the council’s values

Awarded to the individual that knows what leadership is and evidences it on a daily basis in their approach to motivating teams and/or colleagues.
