Consultation has concluded
If your child has used borough health visiting, or school nursing services, during the past five years we’d like to hear your views. This will help us understand your thoughts on current services, and what you'd like to see in the future.
Health Visitors support under-fives, while School Nurses support school-aged children.
This survey will take no more than five minutes to complete. We'd be grateful if you could complete it by midnight Wednesday 30 November 2022. Thank you for doing so.
Once this survey has finished, we'll publish an anonymous summary of your views on this platform.
For any questions or queries, please email Georgia Careless, Public Health Programme Officer at georgia.careless@rbwm.gov.uk.
