Happy New Year and Happy Chinese New Year which starts on Sunday 22 January. It is the year of the water rabbit and brings longevity and hope.
So the classes are well attended and new members continue to join. I remain committed to bringing new ‘sets’ to the sessions to retain interest and retention. we have just started a new qigong (mother of tai chi) called ‘fragrant qigong’ it is said that often when practising as a group a sweet smell occurs!
It is lovely for us all to be back from the Christmas break and practising together to enhance our health and well-being.
