Wellbeing Walks

Our first Wellbeing Walk Leader training was held in February, and we are pleased to confirm that a second date has now been added. This will be held on Tuesday 20th June from 10am – 2pm.

Regular walking has huge benefits for individuals both physically and mentally and we want to increase opportunities available for people to take part in regular organised walking groups.

If you are a local organisation, charity or individual looking to volunteer and would be interested in leading a regular walk, please get in touch to find out more about the FREE walk leader training.

Way to much pollution around the area. Horrible traffic on Bastable avenue with constant noise and pollution day and night. River road on crossroad with Alfreds way is a horrible place full of potholes where many car accidents happen. Please find a solution to eliminate the terrible pollution and potholes that this very heavy trucks bring to the area and invest more money on River road close to A13 as is terrible and I almost broke my car because of potholes.
