Josh the E-gardener makes a storage box from a pallet

The Green Skills Library has recruited Josh for a six month period. He is using pallets to create items that could be helpful to the borough. I wondered if a locked (with a padlock with a code) watertight storage box in some of the parks might be useful, either for residents to store litterpick equipment, or at key sites where gardening events take place?
