Maidenhead Town Centre Shopfront SPD adopted

On Tuesday 27 January 2027 the Council adopted the Maidenhead Town Centre Shopfront Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).

We would like to thank the community for their engagement and involvement in developing this SPD, which provides an update to guidance contained in the Maidenhead Business and Shop Front Design Guide, dated August 2013, and supports policy TR3 of the Borough Local Plan.

The SPD is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
