    • All groups have been very busy after Christmas and New Years
    • Baby Bank and West Windsor Hub received the Household Grant from RBWM for fuel funding
    • The group is considering submitting an expression of interest to the CCG for the reusable period product project idea

    Increased demand at Windsor Foodshare and West Windsor Hub.

    Danielle is looking at starting a Good Grub Club in February with the Baptist Church.

    Everyone is making preparations for Christmas. Foodshare and WWH are doing food packs. Baby Bank is doing gift bags. The group is working together to ensure there are no duplications of donations

    Windsor Foodshare experienced an increased demand for their services and are struggling with volunteers

    West Windsor Hub also experienced an increased demand for their services and increased referrals to Foodshare.

    Age Concern are looking at food surplus. They run Meals on Wheels and a Sunday lunch club

    Driven Forward are experiencing lots of challenges with volunteers. Donations have dropped rapidly. The community fridge is opening on Saturdays to keep up with demand.

    The Baby Bank has been busy processing uniform requests. Over the summer holidays, they will be open for referrals not for donations. They have also received another year’s funding for school uniforms for RBWM and Slough schools

    Update from July meeting - the fridge is working well and getting a lot of donations from supermarkets. However, it has been challenging organising volunteers for the evening collections and opening the wellbeing hub.

    Achieving for Children received funding from the Department of Education for holiday hunger and secured activity places for 5,000 people across the borough. ABRI and West Windsor Hub were asked to support with food.

    479 hot lunches were provided by ABRI and the churches. Good Grub Club packs were provided by West Windsor Hub which included a recipe card and YouTube link so families could cook healthy meals at home.

    AfC carried out a survey to evaluate the services provided and feedback from this was very positive
