Chair Yoga Update

So nice to read all the updates of sponsored projects in the community!

We are continuing to see the chair yoga project in Cookham thrive, it's 9 months since we started and the students have formed such a lovely community, bringing along friends and visitors, too.

The Jolly Codgers Lunch Club at the Woodlands Park Village Centre.

Our Lunch Club members enjoying their afternoon cream tea for the King's Coronation. We held the cream tea on a Friday, as well as our regular lunch club on a Thursday, meaning our members had another social outing that week. The Club helps to prevent loneliness and build friendships between the elderly members of our local community.

Mamas and Dadas of RBWM

Our parents group is now up and running in Datchet. Meeting weekly, our little community is growing and we have new parents joining regularly. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a sympathetic ear are a good starting point, but we are looking at providing additional support through guests speakers such as GPs, dentists, dieticians and more.
