Our Lunch Club members enjoying their afternoon cream tea for the King's Coronation. We held the cream tea on a Friday, as well as our regular lunch club on a Thursday, meaning our members had another social outing that week. The Club helps to prevent loneliness and build friendships between the elderly members of our local community.

Chair Yoga Update

So nice to read all the updates of sponsored projects in the community! We are continuing to see the chair yoga project in Cookham thrive, it's 9 months since we started and the students have formed such a lovely community, bringing along friends and visitors, too.
