Maidenhead Tai Chi Community Group - Tai Chi double-hand push hands practice

A few months ago, we were invited by Nicholsons Centre Maidenhead to perform a Tai Chi demonstration, which generated a lot of interest and led to our return last week.During this session, we progressed from single-hand to double-hand push hands. Single-hand practice reinforced sensitivity, relaxation, and structure, while double-hand patterns introduced greater complexity, requiring improved coordination, balance, and whole-body connection.
