Many more buses to serve the stretch of the A828 between Ballachulish and Appin , please. This is a black spot for buses. There are frequent buses between Fort William and Ballachulish, and also between Oban and Appin. But between Appin and Ballachulish we have ony two buses in each direction per day, going at unhelpful times. For instance, we have NO bus to Oban in the morning. At present the first bus arrives in Oban at 14:03, and the ONLY bus home again leaves Oban at 15:47, giving not enough time for a hospital or optician appointment - or anything very much . Going the other way, to Fort William, the first bus arrives at 11.05, and if one doesn't catch the 12.30 bus home, one has to hang around in Fort William until 17:50.
