Nature's Haven partnering with Building Bridges

Nature's Haven participated in the opening of the Building Bridges Community Hub in the Nicholson Centre, Maidenhead.

The Building Bridges hub, is a community group within the RBWM Climate Partnership and founder Cllr Donna Stimson, cabinet member for climate action and sustainability has said she wants to connect ‘many charities, incentives, and organisations’ in the borough and has now captured the data of more than 350 of the health & wellbeing, sustainability and eco organisations that are working hard for the betterment of our communities in RBWM. The opening marks the first step towards making the hub ‘a central and integrated part of the RBWM community’.

Theresa May officially opened the hub and talked about the positive impact that being active, getting out in nature and gardening has on peoples physical and mental wellbeing - our rasion d'être. Our little stand took pride of place!
