Soup Project - January

In January we held another 2 soup sessions and were joined by around 12 residents. We now have a regaulr group of volunteers joining us which is great!

The residents are all really enjoying taking part, and not only enjoying the soup but meeting new people and visiting different places as well. Following on from a january session one resident has bought himself a soup maker and is already making his own soups! Another has tried the one left at the scheme and loved how easy it was to use.

Chair Yoga Update

Hello - we are continuing out chair yoga (yoga for people with limited mobility) and have gained a couple of new participants. It has been slower this month, with participants not coming out as much when it is cold or icy or raining, but when the sun is out, people do show up happily, so we are hoping to fill every chair again soon (as spring is on the way, promise!). Blokes Losing Timber E7 - Clearing away the Obstacles
