This network is driven by organisations and residents in the Maidenhead community and provides a platform to discuss employment & skills. Those involved work collaboratively to develop projects that build on existing resources to shape the local area in ways that matter most to the community. Anyone from the Maidenhead community is more than welcome to get involved in regular meetings that explore the theme of employment & skills.

Working with employers to offer basic skills training to staff

Work with local schools to improve resources available to parents and children so they can understand career options
This would be especially helpful if we could focus on careers which don't require a degree
