I've been thinking about the last Skills & Employment meeting and wonder how the work fits in with both the Local Enterprise Partnership (they are running a Future Skills Summit on 20 July) and the East Berkshire further education college? Just a minor point, what does ECR in the minutes stand for please? At the meeting we talked about effective comms, one option if, say, there was going to be a leaflet on courses running over the summer is to deliver it to a selected area. This was done with the libraries consultation leaflet and I would be happy to talk to someone about it if it might be of interest.

    Hi Simon

ECR stands for Embedding Community Response. In terms of your question regarding the Local Enterprise Partnership and the East Berkshire further education college, I think this is something you should raise at the next subgroup meeting. The leaflet idea is great and again, I think this is something you could talk more about in the next meeting. Perhaps we could set aside some time on the Employment & Skills agenda for you to speak about these two points?

    Thanks,

    Sumayyah
