In April, the sun was shining, and at Datchet Village Hall we were able to use the outdoor gym equipment, giving women the confidence that they can access local facilities and stay fit. Empowering women to take stock of their health and know that keep fit spaces in the community are available free of charge. We continue to build strength and resilience together.

Maidenhead Tai Chi Community Group - Developing a Tai Chi Push Hands Program for Community Health

This week, we were lucky to have wonderful weather. After the practice of Tai Chi, some of our members took the opportunity to arrange a group walk around Maidenhead. We had lunch in the pub and enjoyed some good chat. Beautiful weather, beautiful flowers, and beautiful food as well!

These have given people a simple, welcoming space to get involved in creative activities and meet others.The relaxed setting has made it easy for people to drop in and take part at their own pace. They’ve also brought more people into the shop and created a positive, friendly atmosphere and some beautiful art!
