EmpoweHER Weekly Fitness Classes – June Highlights

EmpoweHER has been offering weekly fitness classes for women, and these sessions continue to be well attended. Alongside the workouts, participants benefit from informative health talks designed to support overall wellbeing.

Last week, we enjoyed an excellent discussion on protein, covering how much our bodies need and which foods are good sources of protein.

These sessions provide a great opportunity to improve fitness, learn about health and wellbeing, and connect with other women in a supportive environment.
