Soup Project - December 2022

We took our soup project to two new schemes in December within Woodlands Park and Belmont. Both went really well and those that came along to Woodlands park are already looking forward to the next one! 10 people came along and there was lots of soup to take away as well.

Our Belmont outing coincided with the world cafe which provided extra support for those residents attending and they particularly appreciated the warm packs from the Green Doctor.

Maidenhead Boundary Walk

After months of trying have recently received permission to use the Environmental Agencies Sign Posts at Boulters Lock to mount my Boundary Walk Information Board. They not however happy to use the 4 snap lock type of public posters locations on the back of the Board - so I redesigned it so it would not involve any maintenance at all.I used Michael Bayley's historical map of Maidenhead as the back information. New Year Mobility Yoga Continues

Hello - we have been back a few weeks and whilst we had a few cancellations yesterday as it was so icy and that is tricky for people with limited mobility, we still had a nice group of regulars attend their mobility yoga class. The good thing was that the people who called to cancel were so sad to miss the class - and that's good, because it's an indication of how much they like coming and dislike missing classes.
