TAI CHI FOR BETTER HEALTH 50+

Really pleased to be included in the Health and Wellness Project run by RBWM & NHS, my sincere thanks for the opportunity to make a difference go to Nicky and Sumayyah.

My name is Tina and I have been awarded a grant to sustain Tai Chi Qigong classes for the over 50’s. This accessible and effective exercise routine involves gentle stretching and relaxing and has many health benefits, as well as calming mind and body. Overall health, wellness, balance and mobility can be greatly improved with regular practice. I strive to keep the classes as low cost as possible enabling participants to maintain attendance and reap the health benefits.

I hope to make working with the project beneficial to all.
