These opportunities are currently only open to Residents of Housing Solutions.

Resident engagement is vitally important to Housing Solutions, as it is how we listen to the views and opinions of our residents to help us improve our services.

We are continually looking at ways we can better support and provide services to our residents and the best way to do this is to listen to you. We have a range of opportunities for you to get involved in and will be launching more ways for you to engage throughout the year. We’ll offer you training and support along the way, and always be around if you have questions or concerns.

Estate Inspectors

Estate Inspectors are a group of residents who will join their RLO (Resident Liaison Officer) to inspect the internal and external communal environments on our Estates, Blocks or Schemes on a quarterly basis. They will help to look for things that may need repairing, potential health and safety issues and to check that grounds maintenance is being completed.

Estate Inspectors will also help to provide more regular feedback to Housing Solutions about any work that is needed, making where you live a safer and happier place to be.

We will provide training to support you in this role and will always be on hand if help is needed.
