Personalisation Group Volunteer - Frimley CCG

The NHS Frimley CCG group would like to request Volunteers who would like to get involved in attending a Personalisation Group to take part in sharing their experiences and views on health and social care matters.

You would be the Community voice who would share your own personal journey and experience in how health and social care would best suit the needs of the local community. You would be a critical friend who would sense check the proposals made within this group for the benefit of the whole community who use the hospital care team.

The meetings are held every first Thursday of the month at 3.00pm and currently these meetings are online via TEAMs. You will be supported and guided by me.
