Supporting the Windsor GP Practices - Social Prescribing Team

The Windsor GP Practices the requirements will be:

Calling patients to book them in for their cervical screening

Recording any barriers as to why they do not want to book in a screening.

Volunteers will be working within the GP practices of Windsor (they will not be able to volunteer for their own GP due to GDPR reasons)

Volunteers will need to use the booking system which they will have guidance on using.

Volunteers must be willing to sign a confidentiality and honorary contract with the GP Practice.

Be present at the informational session presented to by a GP (TBC with the GP’s at present)

There are also available opportunities to support:

Gaps in rota for the Maidenhead vaccination clinic, There area stand up/down rota at present due to the news lately of the delays in vaccines, however the sessions are 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm Tuesday – Saturdays..
